Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5 business days.
